Ryan, Amber and the team at Southern Solutions Heating and Air are a great company. They got our new unit installed and our cold nights will now be warmer. From start to finish, the customer service was spectacular and I would recommend them to anyone. The hospitality, turn around, follow up and overall customer experience was great!
Could not have been happier with the people or the service! People were great and followed up. Left the barn better than when they got there. Follow-up was exceptional. Will use them for sure in the future.
Our AC stopped working overnight and we called the next morning. Ryan was very nice and professional as I described to him the issue the best I could without knowing the parts and such, and he understood and let me know it wasn’t as bad as I thought. He set an appointment up for just a few hours later and the tech Ed arrived right on time. Ed was extremely friendly and kind, and explained it to me in a way I could understand. He fixed the issue in great time. They are VERY reasonable with their prices. I will be calling them if any issues arise in the future and I will be recommending them any chance I get!
