Best experience with a loan office I’ve ever had. Catherine the manager from the Lexington,sc office was so incredibly helpful to me. I was able to figure out that I was being used by a lawyers office who was supposed to help me pay off old debt. They were telling not to answer RFC calls. But I finally did. And Catherine helped me figure out that I was being taken advantage of and she was also able to get me back on track with my payments and even made them lower. I have honestly never been treated this nice by a finance place before.
Catherine at the Lexington office is a star employee! She gets back to you quickly and lets you know how she can help. Her upbeat attitude helps me through stressful financial times, and she explores multiple avenues to help someone out. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about a loan or to manage their existing account!
