The mgr and staff are very professional and make you feel like a human being . I was behind with my loan and was afraid to visit the office because of previous experiences with finance companies until Nate reached out to me and it was the wayhe spoke to me and assured me that no one would dare talk down to me or make me feel as if I was just a number and not a customer made me feel at ease. I heard Nathone say he would like to have a fun atmosphere but get the job done and his staff seems to have his back .

I love the fact that they don't constantly call when I have forgotten to make a payment. The workers are professional but provides a relaxed atmosphere and the supervisor is really sweet.
