Dr Randall and his staff (forgive me for not remembering all of their names) were absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the assistant and Office Manager (Dana) I could not have been in better hands. With my eyesight constantly changing, I have been unable to find the right Rx until now. Dr Randall was SO patient and would not let me leave until he knew I was happy with my contacts. I will refer this office to all of my friends and family• Don’t settle for So-So vision. Eye Associates of Lexington is the Best!! So good that I drive an hour to get there!
I had an excellent experience as a new patient here. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and they got me in and out quickly for a contact lens exam. They addressed all of my needs and were very friendly.
I have gone to this office for over 10 years and the staff that is there is awesome. Pamela, Dana, Dawn, Kathy and Savannah never fail to give good customer service. My most recent experience I had purchased a set of glasses that I only had for 4 months that appear to be defective. They did not hesitate to offer me a replacement.Dr Randall has helped me with various metal conditions with my eye and when there was a problem he made sure I got immediate referral to have it checked out had an eye center that could perform this service. It is this reason that I continue to go back because whether it's my eyes or glasses or any issue they always take care of it with smiling...read full review
