All customer experiences are different, but for me somehow it did not work, waste of money. About a years ago I went in for the two pair $79.95 package, but ended shelling out over $500.00. One pair cost almost $400.00, this pair should have been, progressive, transition, night vision and anti-fog. The other pair should have been for reading, computer and blue light. The sale rep after the exam seems to be more interested in selling the most expensive packages than helping customer, plus what I ordered was not what she recorded from the interview. I was nervous going to this place reading all the negative comments here but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in the store was extremely courteous and professional. Right from check in to check out I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Cruz is fantastic, she takes time to talk to you regarding your visit. You do not feel rushed as you try to finalize your prescription. A special shout out to Ms. Chelsea who went above and beyond to find the best deal with my insurance. My only negative comment was the waiting time. I had an appointment at 11:30 but didnt get seen until 12:00. However it was a busysaturday and there was only one doctor on site. The doctor at this location deserves 5 stars! However the fitting of my glasses was less than stellar. My frames have been adjusted twice and are still not fitting well. I went in thesecond time because they sit crooked on my face, the tech agreed but did nothing to actually correct the issue. They also do not sit flush on the table, having worn glasses for decades, this should not happen. This could be why they sit crooked on my face. I am reluctant to return and have them adjusted a third time, I don't wantto compromise the frame and possibly have them break.
