I got there at 10:30 with a feral stray that showed up at our Front Door two nights ago with an injured paw. I asked point blank if it was going to be 2 hours or more cause he was scared being in a carrier in a busy office and my daughter lives 5 minutes away and we could have waited there. Finally got in exam room at 1:30 PM. Techs were great and Dr. Doug was very thorough and caring. Very fairly priced. I just don't like my time being wasted. They knew there were at least ten appointments coming in that got seen within minutes, so don't tell me it will be less than 2 hours if it's going to be 3. Other than that would recommend for sure. Dr. Ellis and her team took in my very sick dog on a Saturday, even though they normally don’t accept new clients. They were incredibly empathetic and took such wonderful care of my sweet Marley. Sadly, my dog didn’t make it, but the compassion and support they showed to me and my husband during such a difficult time was truly admirable. Their kindness and professionalism meant so much to us, and I would absolutely trust them with our pets in the future.
