The Young Lady that weighed me was so nice and the Doctor that saw me was super nice. From the front desk to out the door this was a great experience. I would highly recommend. The Doctor I saw gave the the correct meds to take care of my sore tooth until I could make my Dentist appointment. Great Team.
The facility is beautifully designed and has such a seamless flow. The staff is very friendly down to earth and attentive. I was very impressed with my provider Helen Leahy. She made me feel heard as a patient and is very thoughtful and intuitive. When I think of the Caromont CARES values as both an employee or patient, Helen is a perfect example of this. I was there may 27th with Meagen (I think) and may 29th and saw Andy Carter. The entire staff was so clean, polite, efficient. AND that's the cleanest medical facility I've ever seen!!!! Even trash cans were spotless. Thank you again Caromont AT LAKE WYLIE, S.C., for taking care of me!
