Our A/C unit broke on a Friday night. I called Precision on Saturday morning and spoke to Sarah. She was so sweet and sounded genuinely concerned about our situation. She gave me the best and worse case scenario. Best case they could possibly come same day worse case would be Monday afternoon. I called other companies just to see if someone could come same day. No one else listened or sounded as concerned, in fact I was told right away how much it would cost for them to come look at my unit. I know money is important, but Sarah made me feel like my family and our well being was more important. I’m glad we waited for Precision. They diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately.
