“Great staff who cares. Very little turnover, so your pet sees the same vet, vet tech, and receptionist! They can be on the more expensive side, but worked well with me for care of my itchy, allergy ridden, easily hurt, cocker spaniel.
Figured out my 13-year old mutt is scared of the exam rooms, so the techs come and give his monthly arthritis shot in the lobby.“

“Dr Wetzel is the vet to use if you are whelping litters in CHS/Summerville area. Very few docs are proficient in AI and dewclaws and tails. We trust her with our pups.“

“Dr Schumman and his team are nothing short of extraordinary. When my older dog started suddenly showing signs of diabetes, they were able fit me right in the next day, even though I know their schedule is very tight. They were so compassionate and caring towards my animal and my family when breaking it to us that she indeed has t1 diabetes which is a serious, lifelong condition. They spent over 2 hours sitting with us and patiently explaining the ins and out and management of her condition and they even let me practice giving my dog fake insulin injections so we were comfortable with the routine. As much of a shock this was, this vet and his team were just so helpful and professional. The tech went above and beyond and called around to check insulin prices for me, she didn’t have to do that. Excellent customer service is something that I never expect anymore so I was pleasantly surprised and amazed by this vet office who genuinely care about their patients and families! The pricing is fair and manageable compared to other offices. I never feel ripped off or like they’re trying to pull one over on me. I love this vet. Highly recommend.“

“This Vet hospital was wonderful from start to finish. I had recently got this new puppy and so this was our first visit here. They were amazing, they immediately greeted us and got us set up. Our tech -Megan - was the best and comes highly recommended. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, while also showering my puppy with love. “Both blue pearl and flower town animal Hospital would not prescribe my dog any medicine without getting a diagnosis which could’ve caused tens of thousands of dollars this is the only vet that did not charge me anything to tell me what he thought and referred me to a specialist which immediately prescribed my dog life-saving medicine that I was told by the other vets they could lose their license if they gave her any medicine without a diagnosis which was a lie to try to get as much money out of my emotions as they could“

“Always super friendly staff and they are great with my frenchie. The office is very clean so I never worry about him picking up anything. The staff also do a great job of getting you to a room so you aren’t left waiting in the lobby so gives your pet a chance to calm down. Offering the Cherry finance is a perfect way to get the treatment needed and not breaking the bank right away.“
