I wanted potential buyers to see a review from an actual customer who has built start to finish with Schumacher here in Charleston. Let’s agree, that building a home can easily become an overwhelming project and that the economic peaks and valleys of the past few years have created an unprecedented level of uncertainty with regards to real estate. Joli was absolutely amazing during our entire process. She is so attentive, properly communicative, and patient! She worked multiple times to get us the quote that matched our expectations! She was fun and outgoing, keeping us giggling when the conversations were intense trying to make decisions. Joli is a FIVE STAR for sure!

Carrie Crosby was very helpful from the moment I enter the office. She allowed me to view the model house without any interruption. when I got to the office asked how do I like the Abigail's style the other house was under renovation. she made me feel as if she were the customer.
