Palmetto Primary Care Physicians - Iron Horse Office

The office staff is very nice things are clean and orderly. I give it only two stars because of Dr Nathan Avril ..he cancelled appointments on me more than once. He has never told me the drugs that I'm on are counteractive to one another or that they could even pose a danger by taking them together. A pharmacist had to point this out for me when I filled the prescription. It's not for a patient to know all these things it's for the doctor to warn the patient.

Dr. Averill went way above and beyond what I ever could have expected on my first visit with him. I have some complex issues and he enthusiastically wants to help me solve all of them. Bravo and thank you Doctor!

Dr. Averill is very nice, but his staff is careless. One time they lost my blood sample, and the second time, my urine sample. I am thinking about changing to a facility that can take my health seriously.
