After I went through a car wash, several warning lights came on in my car and I cashed Ottohaus to see if I could come by to see what the problem was. Fortunately, after driving, most of the lights went off, but I still brought it in and they did a quick diagnostic check to find the problem. (completely unrelated to the car wash, timing was a fluke). I'm scheduled to go back and get some other work done later, but I will always remember they got me in when I really needed it.

Brought my Audi in for a headlight issue and inspection. Staff was very helpful with addressing my concerns and gave me a full write up on what needed to be done, along with some tips on maintaining it. For this being my first Audi i feel very comfortable coming back for all of my maintenance repairs.

Treated my son like family and got him back up and running.Update: Still absolutely love this place. Treat all customers like family. Very clean building and comfortable waiting area. Can't say enough good things about them!!
