I really appreciate the help of the beautiful lady at the front desk with the salt and pepper hair,(I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) and also the technician Jaylen who helped me get In-N-Out since all I needed was air in my tire. It made the most difference in my day because I was so short on time. Thanks, Gerald's for always doing an awesome job!
Yes, of course, it was a wonderful visit. They solved my problem with good financial results. And, pulled my car up Close and in great shape! ALL staff were really good, place was very clean with a charming ladies bathroom! And, they gave ALL women 1 pretty Valentine's Rose ?!
Fantastic service. Been using Gerald’s for 7 years and only positive things to say. Front desk staff, Technician's, and Service Manager. Recently had the opportunity to pass on the great feedback to a Manager over the different stores. Besides tire and brakes, the team has also some other repairs at a discount vs. dealership prices. Hard to find places that you can put that much trust in anymore. Thank you.
