Ivy gets a shoutout for superb service. Heater wasn’t kicking on. Ivy patiently walked me through how to insure thermostat was set correctly. Took 2 tries, and all’s wellGreat personal skills, focus on the customer, and great follow through.Ivy deserves recognition, and has our thanks.
For anyone that is reading the reviews from other people. Read these with a grain of salt. I have lived in the low country for multiple years and seen some really improper work done from other companies. FOGLE services are the best.... They employ some of the most knowledgeable people in the business. May I suggest you give them a try and join the yearly service plan... Gerry always comes to our home when needed and fixes the issues and then explains what he did. This guy is salt of the earth... Thx again Gerry!!!
Fogel Services completed a mini-split change out for us. The crew showed up on time and finished the job in a great time frame. They cleaned up after themselves and the Mitsubishi system is operating smoothly as it should. You will not go wrong using Fogel Services for any installation.Service: Installation
