I had an appointment at one pm, and my husband at 1:30. We arrived at 1 pm, and found two men getting haircuts. We had to wait several minutes until one was done and my husband opted to go first. I had to wait a few more minutes but it wasn't the stylist's fault. She was almost done and the man in her chair decided to get a different style. She didn't miss a beat but changed what she was doing and remained VERY professional. When it was my turn, I explained what I wanted and she delivered that very quickly. I've had such great experiences here! I've been getting a haircut (barber style) and wash every 2 weeks for the past few months. Friendly staff, clean salon and I always appreciate a little music or TV entertainment. Avis in particular has been a gem.
