“My appointment was at 8 am and when I came in it took about 2 minutes before I was in the back. The assistant Datoya ( I hope that I got that right) was nice and knowledgeable. Once I got in the chair she made sure I was comfortable and always asked if I was ok. The dentist Dr.McAbee (again I hope I got this right) she was a true professional. She was making me laugh inside because I couldn’t laugh outside due to the work that was being done to my mouth. She did an outstanding job and made sure everything was a ok. I just want to thank Heritage Dental for accepting me into y’all circle, thank you Redgey Johnson“

“I drove 2 hrs to this facility !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bc the tri county I semi reside in is trash !!! Nothing open fridays here and they don’t have er walk in’s !!! And wanted my baby to wait two months due to being overly booked. However !!! This facility said come now !!! I said see you in 2 hours !! I arrive exactly 2 hrs later. They took my baby in immediately seeing her in pain and fixed the issue without any hesitation !!!! I am so happy with this facility. I’ll drive 2 hrs any day for this place !! “The staff are amazing here. Truly do care about their patients here and are not just chasing the $. Their honestly goes a long way here. They will tell you if there are any hidden charges. They avoid unnecessary procedures (my gum is receding a bit from over brushing and the dentist could have easily told me that I needed work done on it… instead, we just monitor it each time I come in for any changes). I love this office and the staff. Very clean office, too. Never a huge wait (and even if there was a wait, I wouldn’t mind since the care you receive here is top notch).“

“Dental insurance is a scam, it’s basically a coupon, not insurance. That being said, the voluptuous blonde lady at the financing desk took all my money. She smiled and I lost all focus on how much my procedure was. I wish I needed a filing every week.“
