“The dental care was thorough and professional. I was there for routine, semi-annual cleaning and x-rays. I was in the exam chair exactly at my appointment time. The cleaning was effective. I left feeling nice and clean and no gum pain.
This is a huge practice; the waiting room feels like a bus station. This is not the office for you if you need a small, very personal dental practice.
Solomon Dentistry now uses electronic pre-visit forms for your health info. It is not complicated, but the form is LONG and redundant. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she very abruptly said this was the standard, once a year forms. She did not care in the least for my feedback or opinion. That is why I only awarded 4 stars. Once again, this a large company, not a personal, individual dental office. The dental professionals are quite good and pleasant.”
