This is a OUTSTANDING Company! They respond immediately to questions and or issues and are so professional. JJ Outen, Exterior Consultant, kept me informed every step of the way. He and his team did an OUTSTANDING JOB with the removal and installation of a new roof. Their work was perfection and clean up was done beautifully!!! I HIGHLY recommend this OUTSTANDING Company.
Also, I was so impressed with the Office Staff, specifically my dealings was with Kathy Coffey, how great to have someone so upbeat and responsive, and always available to answer and keep me informed at all times. Alpha Omega Construction Group, Inc. recently completed a roof repair at my home on Johns Island, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Kathy in the office was incredibly helpful and responsive, her communication made the whole process feel effortless. Marshall, who completed the estimate and handled the repair, was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find a team that combines great service with excellent workmanship, but Alpha Omega absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
JJ and his entire crew, Fila, Alex, Chacho and Nino are super pros! We needed a whole roof replacement and these guys knocked it out in one day! No messing around all business and very respectful.
