Pristine Reflections came to our house two days ago for our initial housecleaning, and my husband and I are so incredibly impressed with the results! Our expectations were far exceeded, and we cannot wait for them to come back! They were so thorough, cleaning everything in the entire house, including emptying the trash and my shredder, plus they even fold of the toilet paper into a point like at the hotels. Also, their cleaning products work so well that my granite countertops are now so shiny that you can almost see your reflection in them! Additionally, I knew that they had been there because the house was so immaculately clean, but otherwise would not have known because everything was left in the exact place that they found it. They clearly are so respectful of our belongings, and so incredibly professional through all of our interactions. We are so happy with everything about Pristine Reflections and give our highest recommendation for using their services in your home.
Pristine really helped me out with a late-notice cleaning while I was out of town. The peace of mind this gave me was invaluable. No stress when I got home! Their work was incredibly thorough. They took the time to clean a difficult louvered door in or master bathroom and scrubbed a bit of mildew out of the grout in the corner of our shower. And their steam cleaners were perfect on our slate floors. Thank you for the helping hand, Mike and Amber!
Pristine Reflections did an amazing job cleaning our home. Michael and Amber are very professional. They came to our house before our first cleaning so they could provide an estimate on the time and labor hours they felt would be required for the initial and then regular cleaning schedule. Our initial clean ended up being several labor hours over their estimate, but they still only charged our original estimate amount. They will also work with you to create a cleaning schedule customized to your needs to fit your budget. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work. We are in a new house built 6 months ago that still has some residual construction dust in the nooks and crannies, but not anymore. The house has never been so clean. We have 2 cats, a dog and 2 young kids so pet hair and crumbs left by the kids are a constant problem. After Pristine Reflections cleaned there was no pet hair or crumbs to be found. The kitchen, bathrooms and floors were spotless. Everything was thoroughly dusted. They even cleaned the dog beds and they now look like new. I would highly recommend Pristine Reflections for any of your cleaning needs.
