Thank you Sales Consultant Cole Thornton! We obtained 3 quotes to replace our 25 year old windows in our home. 2 of the 3 vendors used high pressure sales tactics to sign on the day the measurements were scheduled—such a turnoff. If your product is so great then why must one sign the contract when they first come in order to get the best price?? None of those methods with Cole. He came out and measured in April; periodically checked in with us every few weeks; we signed contract in June. No pressure and answered all our questions. As a bonus we get a great quality window; brand recognition; superb warranty; and a company with many years of business experience....read full review
