Ginger was also super friendly over the phone and helped me get scheduled right away! And the team that came out to install the windows was so professional, friendly, and prompt! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
OUR WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED IN 2002. WE HAVE TWO WINDOW SEAL TO LEAK. THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED PROMPTLY UNDER WRRANTY. TODAY WE HAD BALANCER ISSUE AND WW CAME THE NEXT DAY AND REPAIRED IT UNDER WARRANTY. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!
