“Hannah’s Heating and Air pretty well saved our bacon. We awoke after a rainy night to find our living room ceiling soaked. In the attic we could see light at the peak of the roof above the location of the water on the ceiling below. Assumed it was the roof. our roof guy came out and said roof was ok but said the problem was probably the HVAC unit. A big surprise to us. He recommended Harold, owner of Hannah’s HVAC and said we could trust him. Turned out our 15 year old HACC unit was very low on freon and formed a huge ice ball which melted and leaked onto ceiling below because drip pan was improperly located. Plus of course, our formerly slow Freon leak got larger. For various reasons we elected to have them replace the coils, cleanup the wet insulation, dry the ceiling and relocate the drip pan. He checked the heating side and said in spite of its age it was ok. Said “Don’t spend the money for the entire uni”t which had been recommended two years earlier by some other HVAC guy that we thought was trying to sell us a system too early.
Sorry this is too but they saved us thousands last week. TOpP CLASS with, courteous all the time . Actually came back a day early to install new coils.“
