Exceptional experience If you live within reasonable driving distance "this is THE place to have your PC repaired". Extremely professional, up front explanation of pricing, up front realistic time frames for repair based on and depending upon what may be the issue. I can say enough about how pleased I was with their service. We received our PC back 2 days earlier than expected and the cost of repair was extremely reasonable. I called 3 other local shops the same day I initially called here. I left 2 messages at local shops because no one answered the phones. The other shop went straight to a voice-mail that was full and I could not even leave a message "not sure how that business model works?". These guys answered the phone, listened to what I had to say, even asked me more specific questions to try and get an idea over the phone of what could be the problem. They were in no hurry to rush me off of the phone, they fully explained the diagnostics cost, the rate for repair with an example of how long a certain repair would take and explained if the repair were done the diagnostic cost waved, included in the repair cost. They also explained that they would not complete any repair until contacting me, explaining the problem, the fix, the cost to fix and get my authorization prior to completing any repairs. I got my PC repaired at a very reasonable price, I received it back 2 days prior to the expected date, they gave my PC a through internal as well as external cleaning, they even went an extra step not discussed in pricing, cleaning up junk files on my PC to maximize it's performance.
