Large wait room. Front desk is staffed with knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Patients are moved around to exsm stations and exam rooms. Expect to move around several times. Rest rooms are in hallway near front desk. Parking lot has handicapped spaces but not enough for a medical building of this size.
I used pre check so checking in was quick. My wait was not long, all the people working there were friendly, helpful and professional and explained what the results were in ways I could understand.
Very professional, Dr. Nicholson took his time with his examination and I never felt rushed. I had to reschedule appointment because of storm and Metro worked with me to schedule the next earliest appointment
