Cancelled my scheduled appointment and never let me know and couldn't get me in. I have two small children I got care for and I work full- time. They said they cancelled because I didn't confirm and they didn't have my insurance information on file, when I've been to this exact office twice AND MyEyeDr as a system for more than 8 years. I have the same insurance as when I came previously. I did not receive any calls, but I did get two texts. I'll admit I did not answer the original one on Tuesday to confirm my appointment (Friday appointment,) but I got another text Thursday that said see you tomorrow, not asking for confirmation. Dr Young is amazing. The care and concern she has for her patients and her attention to details are top notch. The whole staff from Kevin to all the assistants are conscientious and helpful. The best eye doctor and staff I have ever encountered.

Everyone at the office was wonderful from the moment I walked in. The entire team was helpful and super professional. They took care of my annual eye exam, helped me purchase three pairs of eye glasses and set me up for my next exam. Kevin made excellent recommendations for frames that were very complimentary to my features. Highly recommend MyEyeDr in Indian Land!!
