“I wish I could give It’s Electric 6 stars ⭐️ for their stellar service! I was house sitting for my parents who were out of town. When I arrived, late at night after driving from Louisiana, I found that the electricity was completely out at their home but all neighbors still had power. After calling several local electricians in the morning (and never getting calls back!) I found It’s Electric and spoke to a very polite man who took all my info. The owner, Brent, called me back almost immediately and said he’d come out first thing since we had no power at all in the peak of summer heat. He followed through, assessed the problem and quickly identified what needed to be fixed. I was giving my dad (who is an electrical engineer) a play by play via text and he verified that everything Brent said regarding the old/original panel was correct. Brent was honest and took the time to hunt down the part we needed-hard to find compatible parts nowadays for 45 year old panels that aren’t made anymore! We were so impressed. He also had a young intern working with him, teaching him the trade. That young man was impressive as well. We’ve told all of our friends and family in the Charlotte area about him. Definitely give him a call if you need an electrician!!“

“Ryan got us up an running after the storm from Ian took down a tree which ripped our panel almost completely off the side of our house. We had his number as Orkin had contracted him for some electrical work on our house earlier this year and he left us his card since we were new to the area and home ownership.To make a long story short, we will be calling Ryan for any future need that requires an electrician. “Shout out to Joe and Tongo(I believe this was his name, please forgive me if I’m incorrect). They arrived right on time at 2pm and were so helpful and professional. I told Joe the issue I was having with my peloton tripping out the breaker in the garage. He was immediately able to identify the need to install a new outlet dedicated specifically to the peloton. He provided a recommendation on the new outlet location which worked out to where I wouldn’t have to be concerned with drywall repairs. I told Joe I had never seen a new outlet installed and wanted to watch the process. He kept me informed every step of the way. They made sure the new outlet was able to support the peloton through the calibration process before departing. Super quick process, highly recommend their service! Not only did they wire my home (new construction) they also came back and added security lighting.
They are busy so be patient and persistent but when Brian calls back- answer and set your appointment!
