“Arc Electric Company of Indian Trail, Inc went above and beyond. They responded quickly to my call for an assessment due to a partial power outage in my home. Their technician was professional, informative and, friendly. He worked with his office staff to help contact our local service provider in an attempt to escalate them getting to our home to address the lack of power to one of the lines at the meter to our home. Arc's office staff called me back explaining how they had called our service provider and provided me with helpful information to share with our service provider when I next spoke with them regarding the power problem. They also emailed their findings so I could also share that information when the power company arrived to address the repairs needed.
I will definitely call Arc Electric for any future electrical needs.”
