I thought the office was friendly and respectful. The PA that I saw was very knowledgeable and professional. I am from out of state visiting my family and became sick. It was as pleasant experience as it could be under the circumstances. I would go there again if I needed to.
The location was clean. Wait time was very little. Add on Google needs to be updated because it said no appointments available. The receptionist is great, and the PA was very attentive.
Just went in to see if our daughter had strep throat. Prior to being seen Laisha was very helpful at front desk. We have new insurance and unfortunately Doctor's Care doesn't accept it. Laisha was super sweet and apologetic. (Not her fault). We ended up just doing self pay, but we're pleasantly surprised with service.
