This facility is very good. The staff , nurse and doctors are very nice. Especially Dr.Felton is very patient listen to all my questions and answers to me with detail. Highly recommend:)

New to this office. My old doctor moved and the old office was chaos so when he was gone that was it. Had my first visit today. Eveybody was super nice. Check in was done online so no paperwork. I see a few reviews said front desk had an attitude, really weird cause I def didn’t see any of that she was awesome. You get what you give.Had a great visit with the NP, and hopefully I’ll be feeling better in no time. She was fantastic and listened to me fully.Great exp. Look forward to finally going to the doctor like I should.Bonus points for being next to sprouts. Who have the best muffins. fYI.

I would really say everything went well here except the person working there as the receptionist. she could be excellent and awesome at every other job but she is not right for this job. She doesn’t know greeting, she doesn’t know how to handle people, plus my personal experience: she keeps the door locked and let me stand outside in shivering cold. I am sorry, but she has to learn to be a receptionist.
