Dr. Sams immediately found the back issue I have been dealing with for years. He has been working with me on different exercises, along with adjustments for a few months. I’ve never felt better and would highly recommend him and CSC to anyone.

We have had such an amazing experience! They have been able to help my kids with different sports injuries, allowing down to feel some relief short and long-term and continue on their athletic paths! I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Sams for almost 5 years now. When I moved from New York (and a chiropractor I loved) I tried seeing several different chiropractors at various offices in Charlotte and Fort Mill. None of them could get my neck and back pain under control and help me manage my headaches. Then someone recommended Carolina Sports Clinic. I called and got in to see Dr. Sams. Total game changer, since seeing him regularly my neck and back pain are managed and so are my headaches. I can now do the things I want without pain/headaches. I highly recommend Carolina Sports Clinic, and Dr Sams!
