We absolutely loved it. Our room was very clean, we had fresh clean linen daily, the room was big and spacious and we will certainly be back!!!

Just awful!!! Don't do it... Save your money and pay for a five-star hotel.. This hotel is terrible..... outdated, roaches, blood-stains on bed.. Don't do it.. trust me!!

It wasn't a BAD hotel, it was mostly clean. Some of the workers had the kids in the small pool which kind of took away from others wanting to swim. I booked the room based on them having a continental breakfast, however, that only consisted of an individually wrapped bagel and coffee. I factored in our breakfast at the rate that I paid($148.99) so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere for breakfast. We were just passing through for the night or I would have utilized the kitchen in the room. The room was clean, the outside appearance not so much. False eyelashes everywhere! Bags of trash piled around the trash cans to the buildings. I also questioned the price I paid vs the price it had on the sheet that I signed($99). Couldn't ever figure that one out.

the room was damp even w the AC set to "dry". also tried "cool". the sheets were damp. papers were damp. view of the parking lot from a tiny balcony. building must be quite old bc saw rotting wood over the balcony. floor boards were lifting. the service staff were very friendly and good. gave us all the towels and coffee we requested.

This hotel is the worst hotel I've w er been in. They are extremely petty. They charged me $16 US for a mango stain on a hand towel. Also the food was horrible "so called continental breakfast" They don't serve Jamaican authentic food. For example their collaloo is creamy. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

Very dirty and smelly. The pool was maintained beautifully. Too bad they don't upkeep the rooms! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. We had a toddler with us and spent the majority of our time telling him not to touch anything. The room was absolutely filthy!

Strange having the pool area downstairs. Seems at risk for an accident. Facilities were clean but pool area seemed very old and not well maintained. Hot tub had lots of grit and crumbling on the floor
