I love this studio. All of the instructors are wonderful, supportive, and encouraging. I especially enjoy the heated classes offered at Jiva. I tried Hot 26 on a whim and now I can’t get enough. I highly recommend this studio and all of the instructors- give it a try!
I visited this studio while I was on vacation and I had an amazing experience. From the start, everyone was so welcoming to newcomers & seem to have an amazing established community for locals. Was pleasantly challenged in the hot yoga & jiva warm classes. I can’t wait to return when I’m back in town! What a beautiful studio!
Jiva yoga is the absolute best. I am so grateful this studio was only 5 minutes away when I lived in Hilton Head for 2 years. I tried to go weekly to Sydney or Jean's classes because they are amazing. The sound bowl meditations during savasana for Sydney's classes are great too.
I tend to get a lot of back/neck pain, and whenever I came out of their classes I would go home and tell my husband I felt like I had a massage.
All of the instructors at Jiva are wonderful. They set the bar so high, it's a little hard not to be discouraged when trying classes in my new area in FL. I miss Jiva!
