I have been going do Dr Sacks office for 15 plus years. Lindsey Crawford is my Dr and I absolutely love her. She always takes the time to address any issue or concern I have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Crawford to anyone.

I have been a patient for years. I have seen just about all the practioners but Leigh Rodgers has gone above and beyond. He listens and follows through on all things I've asked. For me he is part practioner and part trusted adviser.
The office staff including nurses are the best. Even when not at my best I leave with a sigh of relief and a smile. Thank you all!

I have been going to this place for nearly 17-18 years! Everyone is so friendly and caring! I’ve seen every Dr & Practitioner in that office. I love Dr. Sack as an individual. Leigh Rogers is currently whom is taking care of me & each visit, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and problems! I love each of the nurses equally. And the front office staff, I adore Kristen, Heather is a hoot. And Tonya, She is amazing!!! She has gone out of her way to help me. She’s very caring and goes above and beyond to help when there is an issue.
