We had just arrived in HH and realized our AC wasn't working. We had the nicest man, Gene, who fixed our air conditioning that same night! He stayed until he fixed it... about 9:30 last night! We are most grateful!
Our compressor went out as the temperature outside hit 95 degrees. Normally, it would have taken 2-3 days to replace it, but a Gochnauer professional came the next day and handles it. The technician was the ultimate professional!
I've been using Gochnauer for years and this is one of the reasons why.
We had a small issue with a leak from an air handler on the second floor. Erik Decker was sent out to take a look and found that it was something that had occurred during the previous days bi-annual maintenance. The line was rechecked to insure there were no leaks and some preventive tape used to seal around a vent. All done in under 15 minutes and Erik even offered to have a painter stop to cover the small water leak spot.
All of the employees at Gochnauer are awesome and so professional.
