Chris Fisher, an ace, on time, efficient, knows is business. GOCHNAUER was our first discovery (after research) when we move to Low Country. Servicing unit that was at home we bought, purchased new unit from them when the time came, and use the ever since. The best!!
Once again Gochnauer service was superior! Jean Nieves came to the house for our routine service, from the meet and greet to signing off at the end the service was first class! I recommend them to everyone. You tried the rest now try the best!??
Amazing company! I will never use anyone else.The staff at the office is amazing and so professional & polite. The guys that come out to service my HVAC unit are also so professional and friendly and always right on time and know exactly what the problem is and know how to fix it. My unit stopped working yesterday and Charles came over and did a great job of explaining to me what the problem was and had me back up and running within the hour. Use this company, you won’t regret it!
