I was pleased with the service provided by my technician, once one was provided. (I was, however without HVAC service for nearly a day since there evidently is no provision for after-hours emergency service.) [Note: Dyess HVAC now uses an AI-enabled after-hours answering system that requires significant caller input to leave a mesage and has no provision for enabling an emergency request for service.]

Thomas came to fix our AC which was not working. He spent great deal of time looking for the cause of the problem and kept me informed of what he was finding. The cause of the problem was found and we agreed on what needed to be done.
