Although he was late because of an emergency, I was informed. Randy is a nice guy, very competent with years of experience. He checked every sink and toilet and drained the water heater. Found things before they broke and replaced some odds and ends
I was pleased with the service provided by my technician, once one was provided. (I was, however without HVAC service for nearly a day since there evidently is no provision for after-hours emergency service.) [Note: Dyess HVAC now uses an AI-enabled after-hours answering system that requires significant caller input to leave a mesage and has no provision for enabling an emergency request for service.]
