Heat kit failure Error Code 351.Jeff A. arrived shortly after my call for assistance, the same day. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with the high-end Lennox Dave Lennox Signatures Series heat pump installed by Dyess a few years ago. In a few minutes he assessed the source of the Error code 351, confirmed it was correct and discussed the solution with me.It was obvious that Jeff was very familiar with the Lennox equipment and that the proposed fix would do the job. We authorized his recommendation and within one week he returned to install and checkout a new heat kit for our 5-ton unit just before the arrival of Hilton Head's serious heating season begins.Services: HVAC...read full review
