I tried to call the office, but I called out of their hours (oops) and reached the on call phone! John was very nice and pointed me in the right direction to leave this review!! Samantha is GREAT!! She answered all of my MANY questions while she was cleaning my carpet! She was so nice about everything! My carpet looks AMAZING and I have the correct knowledge of how to properly care for it! Thank you guys!
