I used ArborNature recently and I am very pleased with them. Everything from the estimate ( Mike was great), to getting the work completed, to the billing process went very smooth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.
What a great experience! I called and talked to Brittany and she walked me through the process for ordering my firewood. Nice service for a first time buyer. She really knew her stuff, was pleasant and easy to talk to. Something you rarely find anymore today. So, if you want firewood, talk to Brittany! Thanks Brittany!!
My review is for the firewood division of ArborNature in Bluffton, I don't think I have EVER had a better experience than I did when I needed a firewood delivery. Brittney was prompt and helpful, sent me an email to let me know they were working on scheduling and then when the time came she reached out and was super communicative and helpful with the coordination of my delivery. Terry made the delivery and was SO thoughtful, he had wrapped half of my pallet for easy transport since we had to move some of it.
