I went in not knowing what to expect after reading the reviews. Wait time was over an hour and a half. But we'll worth it Steven is amazing. I'll never go anywhere else. Well worth the wait. Any really good nail tech who has a good client base their chair is seldom empty!!! So if you don't wanna wait call and book a appt

After reading a review that said Tanner Nails was under new management (after some really old, bad reviews) I decided to give it a try. My feet were in bad shape and needed some love. I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait to be seated in a pedicure chair. I had the peppermint pedicure, and the gentleman that worked on me did a great job of verifying that the water temperature was comfortable and that his pressure during the massage met my preferences. Aside from that, he had no problem letting me read my textbook in peace. He also asked if I wanted a manicure, which I declined as I'm not allowed to wear fingernail polish to clinicals, but didn't upsell me. He let me sit in the massage chair while my nails dried, and didn't rush me to the fan or payment. The shop wasn't busy (no clients waiting for a pedicure chair) so I wasn't in a hurry. The pedicure menu made mention of a complimentary glass of wine, but I did not imbibe. Maybe next time! I will definitely be back. Convenient location, large selection of polishes, good prices, very clean environment.

Vu is very attentive to his clientele when he's there but the technicians are inconsistent. Steven is excellent and pays close attention to detail. Jen is fast and also good with detail.
