I am giving them two stars because they redeemed themselves a bit after redoing them with a different worker. The day I went in I asked for dip polish. I’m not sure if she got confused by me calling it a fill or what, but she did not do dip. She did gel. She cut my nails completely down when they were long, how I wanted them. She cut my cuticles as she was doing my nails, and when I asked her to fix a few nails they weren’t fully fixed. You could still see the previous color I had on before under my new color. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and I’ve always had a great experience. The deluxe pedicure is my favorite - depending on the tech my pedicures last 1-2hours and the massage is the best upgrade for sore achy legs! My manicures here always make me feel so special- I will continue to use them!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Mandy does a great job but otherwise it’s never a good experience. I’ve given up trying to see if they will improve. Everything is expensive and they don’t do any massages, it’s all very basic and mediocre. No one offers you a beverage, or even asks you how the water temp feels. The prices seem like it would be a luxury experience but it’s not at all. Finally, after my most recent visit, I have developed an infection on my toe. I’m so annoyed.
