“I recently sent the PCM for my 2006 Ford Escape to be repaired here. They had it back to me within a week over the holidays fixed all the issues with the module and even cleaned to the exterior so the whole thing looks brand new. I highly recommend this as an alternative to getting a new computer module for your car since I did not have to get new car keys. The service and the people I talked to over the phone were all outstanding”
“Great service experience through Samsung warranty repair. I was very skeptical about what type of service I was going to receive after reading the many 1 star reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well this company communicated and their punctuality.
After a ticket was submitted by Samsung to repair my 5 months old fridge, the Metro Tech was assigned the ticket and contacted me within 2 days to setup a time to send a tech to look at the fridge. We agree on a time and I put it on my calendar (it was a Monday). The service center called me the Friday before confirming my time for Monday. The service center than called again Monday morning to confirm my service time for the afternoon. Then the technician contacted me 40 minutes prior to arrival (within the service time window) letting me know he was 40 minutes away. AMAZING COMMUNICATION AND SCHEDULING IN MY EXPERIENCE.
Kevin was my technician and he was clearly a master in his trade. He showed up on time, had everything he needed (without knowing exactly what the problem was) and diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes (I had already pulled the fridge out and had it in open space for him to get to it). He showed me exactly what the problem was and explained what he was going to do and about how long it would take. He replaced the leaking fitting on one of the refrigerant lines and also replaced the identical fitting on the other line as a precaution. He replaced a few other parts as a precaution and had the fridge put back together, recharged with refrigerant, and even put back into the spot I had pulled it out of well within the timeline he gave me. He was a true master of his craft and took pride in what he did.
Within a matter of hours, my fridge was back down to operating temperature and spitting out ice again like it was brand new. I understand there are people out there that had a bad experience, but my experience with this center was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Metro Tech Squad!”
