Truly if i could give zero stars, I would.
I have a fridge with a freezer that’s not freezing. I bought the fridge through home depot and had bought the 3yr protection plan. So i contacted home depot about the fridge, was sent to samsung because the fridge is under samsung’s 5-yr extended warranty for sealed systems, then was sent to metro tech to book a service tech. Cut to a week of phone calls where the metro tech agent, calls me just to ask “do you still want this service” and when i say yes, she says “i need to speak with my manager, i’ll call you back” a almost whole week of this. Great service experience through Samsung warranty repair. I was very skeptical about what type of service I was going to receive after reading the many 1 star reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well this company communicated and their punctuality.

After a ticket was submitted by Samsung to repair my 5 months old fridge, the Metro Tech was assigned the ticket and contacted me within 2 days to setup a time to send a tech to look at the fridge. We agree on a time and I put it on my calendar (it was a Monday). The service center called me the Friday before confirming my time for Monday. I hate to even have to give them 1 star!! The biggest scam artist there is out there!! Absolutely the most unprofessional “business” there is!! I pad Samsung to have them come out a tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator…which I already knew. The technician told us how to consult Samsung about our warranty and when we did the next morning Metro Tech had already closed our ticket and marked it repaired to get the warranty money through Samsung. So, now I cannot use my warranty with any other technician bc they lied on the ticket.
