Whoever is giving this place more than one stars has to be working for the company… Because this has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people who answer the phone here are a 10 out of 10 rude, and no one there cares about people schedules and don’t actually schedule appropriately. It’s basically “we’ll tell you an hour beforehand… Good luck” Which is not how people schedule works.

One star isn’t low enough for the services and poor customer service we’ve received. Our Samsung refrigerator is on 4 years old when we started having ice build up causing it to not produce. We contacted Samsung who informed us Metro Tech would repair it. After they came and recommended a $600 new motor for the ice maker, they claimed the issue would be resolved and if not, contact them again to come back. 3 weeks later, ice built up again (pictures included) and we contacted them. Truly if i could give zero stars, I would.
I have a fridge with a freezer that’s not freezing. I bought the fridge through home depot and had bought the 3yr protection plan. So i contacted home depot about the fridge, was sent to samsung because the fridge is under samsung’s 5-yr extended warranty for sealed systems, then was sent to metro tech to book a service tech. Cut to a week of phone calls where the metro tech agent, calls me just to ask “do you still want this service” and when i say yes, she says “i need to speak with my manager, i’ll call you back” a almost whole week of this.
