What a great company to work with for elder care! My mother-in-law was a wonderful person for whom we wanted good, quality care. She had dementia and needed care that my wife and I gave her, but it was becoming increasingly difficult for us to do for her. The personnel at Synergy were so helpful! We would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needed quality, caring, competent help for their loved one!

My father was placed under Hospice care at his home about 5 days ago. It was extermely overwhelming for my Mom who was worried about how she was going to take care of him. Synergy's owner, Mark, came out and explained how Synergy could help. He was patient, understanding and kind with my Mom during a diffucult time. We scheduled a caregiver for my father to come out yesterday. Her name was Barbi and she was loving and caring and wonderful to my father who at this time was mostly unresponsive. As an experienced Caregiver, working with Synergy HomeCare has been as challenging as it is rewarding. I have now been with the company for about three months, and the opportunities afforded to me by Mark and all of the team members cannot be understated. Meeting and caring for a wide variety of people within the local community has taught me the true value of involvement. The supportive environment that Synergy provides me has helped me to develop a ‘can-do’ attitude and a solid sense of growing fulfillment.
