Upon entering BestBuy I was courteously directed to the Geek Squad department, after a few short moments into the conversation with a Geek Squad associate I knew I was in the right place, I also knew my machine was going to be repaired in a timely and professional manner. My hard drive crashed after I neglected to renew my protection software, so I sent it in to Geek Squad to get it fixed. They fixed it quickly and sent it back: unfortunately, the delivery service was careless with shipping and I received my laptop with a completely shattered screen. I returned it to the delivery service for a refund, and they sent it back to Geek Squad, even though it was not by any means Geek Squad's fault. I was utterly confused, and the delivery service refused to contact me, so I called Best Buy to speak with the Geek Squad. The worse at communicating. Had a service repair schedule twice. The first time the guy just shows up earlier than his scheduled time couldn’t get it fixed. This time didn’t even get a message saying on his way so I missed him and now have to wait another week for them to come. Calling to reschedule is a hassle your literally on hold forever and the people helping have the worse attitude. Going on 3 weeks without our tv
