Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had. From reception, x-rays thru the exam and cleaning, top notch. They took the time to answer any questions I had and I didn't feel rushed. This time was no different than last time I needed a crown and saw Dr. Smith . Scheduling was good, completed online questions, arrived for appointment, went to room, got on with the procedure, satff polite and accommodating. Dr. Smith was smooth and controlled. Environment was calm. I even started to drift off to sleep as a meditated on relaxing my body , mind and soul, while the Doc was grinding away at my problem. :) All good so far.
Keenan Smith and staff are the best! Everyone is warm, kind and seem to truly love their work. They somehow turn an ordinary dental checkup into a bright spot in your day. Dr. Smith is exceptional and knowledgeable. I've loved each visit. The hygienists I've had the opportunity to meet are wonderful, The front desk staff are so very kind and helpful.
