I was referred to HP Family Dentistry by a trusted associate, and I’m so grateful I followed their recommendation! I had neglected my teeth for far too long and knew I needed significant work, including a root canal and treatment for a couple of cavities. My previous dental group (who shall remain nameless) hadn’t been transparent about fees, and I was left dealing with pain and uncertainty.
From the moment I contacted Dr. Pham's office, everything changed for the better. They accommodated my need for an emergency visit quickly and efficiently. During the appointment, Dr. Pham and her team took x-rays and laid out a clear, detailed plan of action. They were honest, upfront, and provided a roadmap that made me feel reassured.
The root canal was nothing short of incredible—quick, painless, and as gentle as possible. Dr. Pham even took the extra step to apply Vaseline to my lips to prevent dryness. She made sure I was comfortable at every step, including giving me sunshades to protect against the bright light. And let me tell you, the massage chair was a fantastic touch—it provided comfort throughout the entire procedure (although I learned not all offices have them due to the company going out of business after COVID).
The staff was equally phenomenal—friendly, compassionate, and professional. After being with Dr. Jack Davis for years before his retirement, I couldn’t be happier to have found my new dental home. Dr. Pham and her team are top-notch, and I’m beyond thrilled with the care I received. A+++
