“I came in for a repair on my PC on Thursday because there was no display. I later learned on Sunday that my case was actually pulling on my GPU, causing it to not work properly. The Geek Squad employees were very professional and explained the issue to me very well over the phone. I ended up asking if they had any cases in stock, which led me to buying a new PC case and a new motherboard (for good measure). They also offered to move everything over to the new case themselves, but I preferred to do it myself. After taking the PC, Case, and motherboard home, I put all of my parts into the new case with the new motherboard, and sure enough everything works perfectly. Thank you guys for explaining the issue to me and helping me find a new case. I decided to purchase a new motherboard since my old one is definitely on the cheaper side.
