Our inspection was booked by our realtor, so I can’t say much for the booking/communication side of things, but it seems as though they found everything there was to be found in great detail, at a good value.

Got a home inspection before buying a house and these guys left a very informative and impressive inspection report, and the report was humorous which I thourghouly enjoyed reading all 29 pages. And that's saying something because I'm not a fan of reading.... Though seriously it covered the whole house, from nominal repairs to safety concerns. Great job.

I cannot be more pleased with my experience! I had my new build home inspected in November 2016. The report noted a few issues which were relayed to the builder and said to be completed. Fast forward to July 2021 and I noticed severe wood rot on a concealed beam in the patio area. The builder said it wasn't their problem. I found the inspection report where the the inspector found the exact problem, took a picture of the problem, and basically predicted the future. I presented this to the builder along with the emails discussing the issues from 2016 and the builder has agreed to repair the damage at no charge.
