I've been in business since 2006 as a Realtor. Carolina RES has been handling inspections for me for years now. What I appreciate about them, is how prompt they are when we need an inspection, their accuracy on their inspections (alerting but not alarming the client), the array of services they provide (home, pest, radon, etc), and their fair pricing to my clients. They came out pretty quickly. Spoke with us about any updates/improvements, etc. Had a 2 day turn around. Super friendly appraisers and office staff. I will definitely use them again and refer folks to them for their excellent service!

We went in to put a bid on a house, Carolina RES really saved us from a money pit that we were about to sink all of our savings into! Not only was the inspection thorough and professional, the inspector went through EVERYTHING with us, including roof, water system, electrical problems, problems with all the new pretty updates not actually being secured into place properly and took the time to explain what WE could easily fix on our own as well as structural issues that concerned him and who we should call in next.
