Recently, I had an issue about getting alterations done to two dresses that I bought for my son’s wedding. I called Tommy’s on Monday, explained the situation and they told me to bring the dresses in. They took measurements and said that the dresses would be done on Friday (which is today). I received a text around one saying dresses were done. Went in and the dresses fit perfect. They were friendly as well. I highly recommend them for any alterations.
Until I started utilizing services at this location, I did not like visiting the cleaners. J.J. is a true gem and always pleasant with me and even those who are undesirable. I witnessed how J.J. stayed calm and extremely professional under the brutal verbal harassment of a grumpy female. She was grace under pressure. Thank you J.J. for being the shining example of what expert customer service and professionalism looks like. You are simply the best!
Very pleasant place to visit. The staff is very nice and helpful. They really helped with getting my tuxedo fitted for my occasion. They crease my uniforms for work without going over the patches creases stay in the material even after wash. P.s... they also clean hats safely, ball caps that is.
